摘要

Along with the development of steel continuous casting, Crystallizer oscillation technology becomes an important measure to increase productivity and improve product quality. In this paper, based on the advanced hydraulic servo technology, a servo oscillation system is set up by electro-hydraulic servo valve, servo cylinder and so on. Digital models are then built according to actual production parameters. The improved PID control method is also introduced. Finally, MATLAB is adopted to simulate and analyze this system. The system is proved to be quick, accurate, stable and highly feasible.
