Innovation capital and endogenous economic growth model

In this paper, we consider the nature of knowledge-based economy is innovation, and innovation capital is the key to the promotion of enterprise development, socio-economic growth is also the first capital. Innovation can be as innovative capital, its effective use to improve the productivity of factors of production to achieve epitaxial growth changes to the endogenous of economic growth. Innovation capital contribution, innovation and capital by the aggregate production function under determination. In order to fully establish the meaning of economic growth mode, we also need to build an innovation-based economic growth under the conditions of capital mechanism, and to play the role of macroeconomic regulation and control policy in this respect.
