摘要

A swarm-intelligence-based algorithm of particle swarm optimization is proposed, which is simply implementing, fast convergent and only with few parameters. Aimed at the disadvantage of normal PSO, the mechanism of simulated annealing is involved into particle swarm optimization, and a simulated annealing-based particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented. The novel algorithm is almost as simple for implement as particle swarm optimizer, but can improve the abilities of seeking the global excellent result and evolution speed. Modified particle swarm optimization algorithm is used in Panjiakou reservoir optimal operation according to the rules of the reservoir operation. The effectiveness of this algorithm is verified by the sample application.
