With high performance, Pentamaran will be developed well ine future. With the normal sea condition, both of the front sponsons keel line is above the waterline,.In this circumstance Pentamaran is similar with Trimaran. With the execrable sea condition, both of the front sponsons keel line is under the waterline so as to enhance the seakeeping performance of Pentamaran. The complicated wave interference effect exists between slender centerhull and four sponsons. And there is close relation between the wave-making resistance and the factors, such as form and configuration of sponsons. Based on modified Noblesse's New Slender Ship Theory, this paper investigate the wave-making resistance calculates method.When the center-hull designed as small waterplane unchanged, through the enumerate method,this paper discussed the wave-making resistance and the wave interference between the center hull and sponsons as different configuration of sponsons with three ship form of sponsons, and obtained some conclusion which has important meaning to deep investigate the trend of the wave interference of the pentamaran.
