摘要

Dynamic response speed of multi-phase VRM can be improved by integrated magnetic technology. This paper presents multi-phase coupled array integrated magnetic structure which constituted by multiple cores, and this structure apply to four-phase non-isolation interleaving VRM, and analyzes the relation between improve VRM's performance and the coupling coefficient of magnetic components, the improvement of VRM's performance include improving converter's dynamic response speed and decrease steady-state current ripple. This paper analyzes reluctance of coupled magnetic core yoke impact on the parameter of integrated magnetic and optimizes design of array magnetic-integration. Then we carry out the simulation from perspective of magnetic and circuit. This paper presents the design method of integrated magnetic though the impact of integrated magnetic' asymmetric parameter on VRM's performance. Finally, theory analyze and simulation results be showed correctness by the experimental results of prototype.
