摘要

The fabric-skin friction tester simulated the frictional behavior was developed on the base of yarn strength tester XL-1 to measure the tribological characteristic between fabrics and skin. Reproducibility and comparability experiments were carried out to ensure the experimental data is effective and objective. The results show that the reproducibility of friction signal is satisfied under the same test condition, and the friction force is comparable among different fabrics and skin. According to the test results and comparation of the friction force between fabric and skin under different test parameters (pre-tension, friction speed, specimen width), the basic test parameters were determined. The pre-tension is 200cN and friction speed is 500mm/min, while the specimen width is 10cm.
