NON-NORMAL DATA ANALYSIS IN MAVERICK PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

We proposed statistical approaches in maverick product control when non-normal engineering datahave created practical issues on how to construct a reasonable and effective process controlmechanism. The problem of small sample size is also addressed by the bootstrap resample method.Multiple engineering evaluation examples have demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed methods.
