Computational origami

摘要

In this paper, I discuss developments in computational origami, the application of computation geometry to the creation of art and technology. Origami, the Japanese art of paperfolding, is a tightly constrained art form (one sheet, no cuts in the most common form) and techniques and concepts from CG have revolutionized the art and have led to remarkable practical applications.
