摘要

Astudy on reasonable iron ores proportion in the sintering mixture of hematite fines and magnetite concentrates, which is based optimization experimental design, has been conducted in lab scale, in order to meet the need for raw material has been changed almost pure magnetite concentrate to mixture with hematite at Ansteel. And the limit to mix hematite fines in different magnetite ratio and a reasonable sintering proportion for hematite and magnetite have been promoted. Finally, the effect of moisture and coke blended on sintering productivity and performance index has been studied and optimized, and the relative sintering factors has been developed.
