This panel discussion focused on types of international engagement in science and technologyincluding a recent National Academy of Sciences review of the Cooperative Threat Reductionprogram and other efforts for understanding the benefits of cooperation with Russia. Furtherdiscussion turned to identifying valuable concepts and principals that could be applied to otherstates, such as the DPRK.
