The NRC MCA Inspection Program

Facilities licensed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) are subject to periodicinspection. This paper describes the NRC program for inspecting material control andaccounting at fuel manufacturing and enrichment facilities licensed by the NRC.
