Delivery of Intact FITC-labeled Bovine Serum Albumin (70 kDa)Across Laser Porated Skin

The study demonstrated the feasibility of usingP.L.E.A.S.E.(R) laser poration to deliver significantamounts (~1 mg) of intact FITC-BSA (MW ~70 kDa)across porcine skin in vitro and showed that thetransport kinetics could be controlled by changingthe number of micropores created in the skin and bymodulating their depth.
