Organic Organic-inorganic hybrid nanogels were ere prepared bycondensation of silanol groups grafted to cholesterol cholesterol-bearing pullulan at ambient temperature and pH withoutany catalysts or organic solvents solvents. This is a new methodfor preparation of organic organic-inorganic hybrid nanogels withdual network s structures of both chemically crosslinkedtructures points with siloxane bonds and physically crosslinkedhydrophobic association points.
