The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofdifferent post coating drying conditions and storagetemperatures on drug release from multi-particulatescoated with EUDRAGIT(R) L 30 D-55. Drying thegranules after the coating process did not result insignificant changes in the drug release profile. Similardrug release profiles were observed for coated granulesdried in either a fluid bed coater or an oven tray dryer.Storage of the coated particles at low temperature had noeffect on the drug release profiles of the coated particles.
