In E-commerce environment, the owners of goods outsource logistics and relative services to the suppliers of the third party logistic and focus on their core business. And the suppliers of the third party logistics process the logistics task with a client-centered guidance. How to cooperate more closely depends largely on the management information system of the third logistics. This paper starts with practical operation demand, designs the system frame and function modules based on the analysis of business processes of the third logistics, makes detailed design of each module, and describes the system implementation in detail.
