Problems of Third-party Payment in China and Solution Study

摘要

The rapid development of Internet in China makes electronic commerce be at an all-time high, and generates a new online payment market - third-party payment market. The new online payment mode represented by third-party payment is a landmark impetus in the history of Chinese electronic commerce. This paper begins with the basic concepts of third-party payment to introduce the status quo of third-party payment in China, analyze the legal position, safe transaction, illegal transaction, risk control and other problems of third-party payment in China, and put forth corresponding solutions.
