Project managerial system plays very important role in large scale complex projects like the construction project of World Expo Shanghai 2010 ( hereinafter called EXPO Shanghai). Though it is perfect for a managerial system to last as long as possible so that it can be well known for all parties, in fact, it is impossible for it to be kept unchangeable for a long period due to numerous uncertainty factors, condition changes, limited cognitive competence of personnel and organizations and etc. So it is absolutely necessary to study and execute the managerial system change mechanism in large scale complex project. In this paper, firstly, relevant literature review is performed ; Secondly, the managerial system of EXPO Shanghai is introduced and the main contents are changes of management conditions, organizational structure, relative net profit, contents of construction project and the new assisting managerial technology; Thirdly, a figure is provided to illustrate the managerial system change mechanism basing on the analysis of six key elements which is the management experience of EXPO. Some revelations are given at last.
