The interaction of streams of charged particles and plasma streams with structural materials is connected with implementation of the wide range of processes: collisional, thermophysical, thermomecanical, thermal fatigue, diffusive, thermo-chemical and plasma-chemical. Now there are works taking into account these factors and, especially, their interrelation. All these processes influence both character of heat exchange in bulk targets, and on a surface, therefore registration of these processes is indispensable as in an energy balance in elementary size of the metal target, and in heat exchange on a target surface, i.e. in boundary conditions.
