A PROCEDURE TO DESIGN AIRCRAFT FLIGHT CONTROL LAWS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ROBUSTNESS USING THE VARIABLE STRUCTURE CONTROL

摘要

In this paper, a procedure is presented to design aircraft flight control laws using the Variable Structure Control taking into account robustness to parametric uncertainties and chattering suppression, which is based in clear and straightforward numerical computations and relationships between design and performance parameters. Also, an example is presented to ilus-trate the application and effectiveness of the procedure.
