The method for suppression of spurious signals in radar images that are caused by azimuth (Doppler's)ambiguities is offered.This method use features of peak and phase characteristics of complex Impulse ResponseFunction (IRF)of wideband Synthetic Aperture Radars (SAR)in zones of Doppler's ambiguities lobes.Themethod allows to provide full suppression of spurious ambiguity signals within arbitrary located linear area ofDoppler's ambiguity zone and is realized by special processing of echo signal.Efficiency of this method has beenverified by results of processing the real radar raw data from wideband airborne L-band SAR "Compact-L".
