A Comparative Analysis on the Relationship of CPI and Exchange Rate between Home and Abroad

摘要

In this study, we analyze the relationship of CPI and exchange rate between home and abroad by calculating the correlation coefficients, building panel data model and time series model. The result shows that nowadays the CPI and exchange rate of China are do in the substituted relation, so dose several countries abroad, but the countries abroad whose CPI and exchange rate are in substituted relation are more than those are not.
