摘要

Currently,public buildings is the key point to energy conservation in China.The operational energy efficiency evaluation indexes for HVAC systems were established from three aspects,namely,equipments,pipelines,and system.Some evaluation indexes were put forward,such as the ratio of temperature,ratio of effective power of pump (fan),ratio of motor power,general efficiency of pump (fan),ratio of general efficiency of pump (fan),coefficient of energy efficiency of cooling tower,coefficient of transportation energy efficiency for water pipeline,power consumed by fan per unit air volume,and ratio of energy efficiency of air-conditioning system,etc.In order to use these indexes conveniently,the database system for energy management of large-scale pubic buildings was developed with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database management system and Power Builder 10.0 as the developing tool.Energy efficiency evaluation of operational performance of buildings was therefore realized.
