Low temperature plasma-TiO2 photocatalysis composite synergies used for micro-purification pollutants indoor has the advantages of more moderate operating conditions,low energy consumption,short purification time,less secondary pollution and greatly improving the photocatalysis activity and the degradation of organic efficiency.This paper adopted dielectric barrier discharge to generate low temperature plasma,selected stainless steel plate as the electrode and the porous ceramic as medium.Adopt sol gel method processing TiO2 films on the medium.Select VOCS as pollutants,research the influence factors of discharge voltage,discharge power,electrode spacing,initial concentration of VOCS,gas velocity etc.on the efficiency of purification.Research shows that under the synergies effect of low temperature plasma-TiO2 photocatalysis,the purification efficiency of VOCS increases significantly with the increase of discharge voltage,discharge power and gas velocity and the decrease of electrode spacing.
