摘要

The microstructure and corrosion resistance of two types of new environmental passivation on hot galvanized steel sheet were studied with SEM,glow discharge optical emission spectrometry,electrochemical measurement,NSS test and damp heat test.The results show that corrosion resistance of A environmental passivation on hot galvanized steel sheet is obviously better than that of traditional hexavalent chrome passivation on it,and B environmental passivation on hot galvanized steel sheet is appreciably worse than that of traditional hexavalent chrome passivation on it.It was discussed that the reason of A environmental passivation film was provided with excellent corrosion resistance.
