Analysis of light rare earth elements (LREEs)La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm by inductively coupled plasma atomic emit spectrometry (ICP-AES),meantime,using orthogonal design of the experimental apparatus has been optimized working conditions.In the experimental wavelength,the LREEs had measured the standard curve,and the correlation coefficient of the regression equation,the linear range of up to four orders of magnitude.Make use of K matrix correction to measure the rare earth rich residue,rare earth mixture and aluminum metal alloy sample respectively,made sure the content of the LREEs in the above sample.The RSD of the samples parallel measurement is at 0.20% 2.58%,the recovery of the experiment result is 93.00% -110.00%,which express the sophistication and accurate of the experiment is good.This experiment use the K matrix method of chemometrics to handle the spectrum test data of the LREEs in the actual sample.For the mathematics model,which will overcome the mutually interference in the LREEs.Don' t need to carry on separation to the LREEs,carried out the fast and accurate measurement of the LREEs.
