A REVOLUTIONARY BREAKTHROUGH - MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMBUSTION IMPROVER FOR BAGASSE

A Multifunctional Combustion Improver fireside fuel additive-, which when mixed with Bagasse improves the overall combustion efficiency of boiler, thereby reducing overall Bagasse consumption and pollutants like SPM etc.The Combustion Improver Additive is added in the proportion of 1 KG for about 20 MT of Bagasse.The Combustion Improver Additive when added alongwith Bagasse, in the combustion zone, at high temperature moves through the molecular grid of Bagasse. The Catalyst breaks the Oxygen and Hydrogen electronic bond in the inherent moisture present in Bagasse. This liberates Hydrogen and hydroxyl radicals which in turn liberates oxygen in combustion zone. Due to this the excess air requirement in boiler is reduced. Also Water Gas - mixture of Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrogen (H_2) is produced in more quality. Hydrogen molecules also react directly with Carbon atoms to produce more quantity of transitory Methane (CH_4). These Gases gives extra heat on combustion as compared to normal Bagasse combustion. The catalyst decomposes metal silicates into silica and metal oxides thereby reducing slag and clinker formation.The Additive reduces unburnts in fly ash as well as bottom ash and black smoke as a result of an efficient & complete combustion of coal.THERMACT changes the flame color to bright whitish yellow from orange indicating optimum combustion of coal.The Dosage of this mutlifunctional combustion improver additive is 1 Kg for 20 MT of Bagasse.
