The elementary concepts of a discrete workshop production scheduling system operation reliability is put forward from the system functional structure model of a typical discrete production of automobile parts manufacturing workshop production scheduling in the paper, the author sets up the reliability model of workshop manufacturing resources and the reliability model of manufacture worker, what's more, workshop production scheduling system reliability mathematical model including single procedure production operation reliability model, single product processing production scheduling operation reliability model, and workshop manufacturing system operation is also built up. A new study way has been provided for studying the influences of uncertain factors in workshop production scheduling and evaluation and control of system stability and so on.
