摘要

Utilization plan of reception and departure track is the foundation of passenger station routine organization. With the traffic operation processes increasing, the rational arrangement of reception and departure track is very important under the situation of inadequacy of the reception and departure track ability. Based on considering uncertainties exiting in this job, this paper addresses the problem of optimizing utilization of reception and departure track in large passenger station with stochastic train dwelling time and connecting time. And a chance-constrained programming model has been developed with the aims to improve work efficiency and riding convenience for passengers. The chance constraints are changed into their deterministic equivalents so that the stochastic model can be transformed to a deterministic model and an ant colony algorithm to solve the problem is proposed yet. Experimental results showed that the algorithm can converge within a short time and the chance-constrained optimization approach can produce more reliable plans.
