Napoleon was right about the hidden might of China. Yet in suggesting that the country be allowed to sleep, "for when she awakes, she will shake the world", he could hardly have imagined what form the transformation would take. China has expanded, and continues to expand, especially changes may occur as Hong Kong transferred to China sovereignty in 1997 as a Special Administrative Region and Macau reverted in 1999, China is also a member of World Trade Organization (WTO) now. It is well known that the Henan's province market has attracted foreign investors, because it has a huge size and market potential. More and more foreign investors have endeavoured to put new ventures into Henan province's market in recent years. The foreign direct investment is rapid increasing in Henan; Henan province's firms are now trying to find new opportunities in the foreign market, in other words, to seek suitable ways to entry foreign market. There are different types of entry modes such as export, acquisition, joint-venture and other entry modes, and most of companies in the world will choose some of them as their entry strategies to engage into international business. Absolutely, it is very important to choose an appropriate entry mode for managers. The research contributes the literature of foreign market entry strategy by exploring special objective form large Henan province's manufacturing firms to enter foreign market; putting variety modes in practice to support my perspective: there is no exclusive current best entry modes; Analyzing and comparing different market entry strategies; comparing different factors in practice and searching for the most influential factors during selecting the processes of market mode. Moreover, the findings suggest how do factors influencing the choice of entry mode for large Henan province's firms manufacturing firms. Finally the main contribution to the literature was adding the relationships within the channels.
