With the idea of "give way to publiic tranportation" expanding and extending, public transportation service is receiving more and more attention. As an important part of public transportation network, bus operation mode will have a great impact on the service quality such as passenger waiting time, crowded rate etc. After eM-Plant software and its simulation procedures in system simulation having been introduced, a single public transportation path is simulated firstly using eM-Plant software. Based on the simulation model which is built in detail by eM-Plant, average waiting time, maximum waiting time, crowded rate have been calculated, and it will provide the technical evaluation feasibility for improving public transportation service.
