The Shuaiba reservoir in Idd El Shargi North Dome (ISND) Field, located offshore Qatar, is adensely fractured and highly faulted, low permeability carbonate reservoir. The complexnature of this giant reservoir requires advanced subsurface evaluation and modelingtechniques in addition to latest generation drilling and production practices. The field is beingdeveloped and managed using a multi-discipline Reservoir Management Team (RMT) thatconsists of geologists, geophysicists, petrophysicists, reservoir engineers, and productionengineers. A workflow will be presented that shows how all technical disciplines work togetherto understand, model, and operate this reservoir. Examples of how the RMT combines wellsurveillance data with seismic and geologic data to solve production issues, enhancereservoir modeling activities, and impact drilling plans will be presented
