Conctructed wetland's existence plays significant roles in phytoplankton abundance and taxa richness dynamics in Situ Cibuntu since capable to reduced aquatic physico-chemical until reach the optimum level to support phytoplankton growth. There was shifting from Chlorophyta to Chrysophita domination observed in Situ Cibuntu. Melosira granulate and Navicula falasiensis were dominant Chrysophyta in peaks of phytoplankton abundance (July and August 2007. Meanwhile Myriophyllum sp (that lives in St3, the lake's middle part) had proofed successfully suppress phytoplankton abundance and also reduced turbidity even turbid water flows came directly to this shallow lake from St2. However this submersed aquatic macrophytes also induced the elevation of TN/TP level.
