Empirical Research on the Relationship between Women Entrepreneur Personal Traits and Venture Growth

摘要

Women entrepreneurs’personal traits are closely related with their ventures’ growth. Through a survey of the Chinese women entrepreneurs, the following results are obtained: (1) the more entrepreneurs’ self-efficacy and emotional intelligence women have, the more ventures’ growth they can achieve; (2) compared with unsuccessful counterparts,successful women entrepreneurs possess higher level of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and more education.
