Surface engineering is an important composition part of remanufacturing engineering. Remanufacturing engineering is new industry field what was developed on the basis of Surface engineering. The characteristics and dialectical relation of nanometer - surface -engineering and remanufacturing engineering were sketh in the paper. The application for aero-engines remanufactured based on nanometer surface engineering were introduced. And the applied of nanometer surface engineering in air navigation would be looked into at last in the paper
