Mechanical Behavior of Thick Laminated Wood PlatesUsing MPB Wood

In this study, comprehensive three dimensional Finite Element models were developed to analyze the behavior ofthick laminated wood plates using MPB killed wood. A three-layer cross laminated structure was studied. Twopoint loading method was used to test the bending behavior of the plate to verify the computer simulation. Testresults were in good agreement with the prediction of the model.
