For more effective prediction of fire disasters the regional fire forecasting system elaborated on base of remote sensing data. Geo informational system (GIS) of landscape features of terrestrial surface was developed. GIS include the informational about growth, relief and soil types of Northwest region of Russian Federation. We can estimate the degree of drought vegetation cover after calculation of index of fire risk disaster with homogenous landscape. The types of homogenous landscapes was defined by joint classification of growth, relief and soil. There used joint analysis of index of fire risk disaster and monthly forecast of precipitation and temperature and developed the probability forecast of fire disaster for local areas with homogenous landscape features.
