Preparation and Characterization of Interleukin-2 Liposome for PulmonaryAdministration

The objective of this study was to develop a stable liposome formulation of interleukin-2 (IL-2) for pulmonary administration and to examine the effects of pulmonary administration of IL-2 liposome on plasma IL-2 levels and immune system. In this part of the study, the particle size, zeta potential and light microscope views of the prepared liposome formulation were investigated.
