摘要

The objective of this study was to effect of composition of microemulsion on permeability of sodium nonivamide acetate (SNA).Microemulsions consisted of a mixed surfactant of Tween 80 and Span 20, ethanol, isopropyl myristate (IPM) and water. The size of SNA microemulsions ranged from 64 to 208 nm. The flux of SNA microemulsions increased 3.7 to 7.1-fold increase when compared with the control group, indicated microemulsions could be an effective vehicle for topical delivery of SNA.
