Antisense Oligonucleotides to Nf-kB were microencapsulated in albumin matrix using a spray-dryer. Inhibition of cytokine production was evaluated by measuring TNF-α and Nitric Oxide levels. The antisense Nf-kB microsphere treated group showed similar levels of TNF- α but Nitric oxide levels were significantly different than the untreated control group.
