摘要

Pharmacokinetic analysis of hyaluronic acid (HA) derivative as a novel drug carrier was carried out by the real-time bio-imaging using quantum dot (QDot). HA-QDot conjugate was synthesized and injected to nude mice subcutaneously. The photoluminescence of HA-QDot conjugate with time well corresponded to the plasma concentration profile of FITC labeled HA. From the results, we could demonstrate the in vivo real-time monitoring of the absorption of HA derivatives to nude mice using QDot.
