摘要

Transdermal iontophoresis of 5-OH-DPAT was examined using non-linear mixed effect modeling. Strong inhibition of dopamine level in striatum was observed, indicating feasibility of the delivery design. Moreover, population PK-PD profiles were adequately predicted based on the in vitro transport profiles across dermatomed skin and stratum corneum of rat.
