摘要

Poly(γ-glutamic acid)s (γ-PGA) modified with phloridzin via a triethylene glycol spacer were synthesized. The γ-PGA-phloridzin conjugates highly inhibited the glucose transport from mucosal to serosal sides of everted rat's small intestine, and remarkably suppressed an increase in the blood glucose level after oral administration of glucose in rats.
