摘要

The aim of this work was to investigate the potential of hyaluronic acid-chitosan nanoparticles as carriers for the delivery of VEGF. The results show that VEGF can be efficiently associated to the nanoparticles. Additionally, the results of the in vitro cell culture studies (C3a cell line) indicate that the developed nanoparticles are haemocompatible and non cytotoxic.
