Through analysis of the present situation of coal mine safety management in China, the modern management idea of coal mine safety is put forward, which is based on identifying hazard of coal mine, standards and measures of management It supposes that known hazard could be identified, evaluated and classified in the life cycle of the coal mining to eliminate, reduce and control the accident. Utilizing the information processing measures and information communicating tools, such as computer and modern communication technology, the flow of information systems risk-warning and controlling of coal mine is constructed according to demand analysis. And also, the matched software is developed, which not only can dynamically monitor and manage such matters as identification, evaluation and analysis of hazard, standards and measures of management, but also can integrate with other relevant monitoring and controlling system. So it can powerfully support to discover the potential danger of accident in time to take effective measures of risk controlling and set safety strategies.
