摘要

Iron losses are commonly divided in eddy currents, hysteresis and anomalous losses. In a previous work, a modeling for eddy current losses taking into account the overlapped sheets of the corners on Epstein frames was put together. The contribution of this paper is to propose a more accurate modeling for the losses based on measurements and including the improvement above mentioned. Doing so, the anomalous (or excedent) losses can be better defined and as final result, the whole modeling of a specific type of steel is improved.
