on Research of Cournot Market Dynamic Equilibrium Stability under the Condition of Emission Permit Trading

Nowadays, there are many articles about emission trading, but most scholars neglected influence of product market structure which emission trading imposed in discussion of emission trading theory and practice, this is an important problem we must notice. In this paper, we analyze the Nash-equilibrium stability of Cournot market dynamic system. It is showed that Nash-equilibrium loses its stability when parameters such as relative speed of adjusting output, marginal pollution abatement and price of tradable emission changed.
