摘要

This study investigated the difference in perceptions of classroom management between licensed and non-licensed teachers in private kindergartens in Taiwan.The findings of this study reflect a significant difference between licensed and non-licensed teachers perception of classroom management. Results indicated significant differences in perceptions with respect to age, educational level, years of teaching experience, parenthood and professional development for licensed teacher and non-licensed teachers in classroom management.The study provides data to director, schools and Ministry of Education, to help them rethink the needs of licensed teachersin the schools. Additionally the study contributed to understanding teacher licensure related to effective classroom management.
