Performance evaluation of replication strategies in DHTs under churn

Welcome to MUM 2007 in Oulu! >The MUM conference kind of returns "home" as the first MUM was held here in Oulu exactly five years ago. Since then the annual conference has visited Sweden, East Coast USA, New Zealand and West Coast USA. During these five years this exciting cross-breed research area and the three individual disciplines underlying it --- mobile, ubiquitous and multimedia, very interesting and very relevant topics at their own right --- have advanced with great strides. Yet, there is still a long way to go, recalling for example Mark Weiser's vision on "embodied virtual" world. >MUM 2007 advances the field by providing an international forum for presenting latest research results on mobile and ubiquitous multimedia, and bringing together experts from both academia and industry for a fruitful exchange of ideas and a discussion on future challenges.
