The main purpose of this study is (o present a method which a double layer decomposition-coordination optimal distribution of cold load is applied to the ice-storage air-conditioning s stem The optimization model is developed with the minimum total operational cost acting as the objective function A day is divided into a certain number of independent but mutually correlative periods of time, through optimizing distribution of cold load in difference period the minmum operational cost can be implemented And the effect of the electricity bills in different period time is also considered when the optimization model is established. In order to demonstrate the decomposiom-coordination method outperform conventional operational strategy a comparisiom is carried out between conventional strategy and optimal strategv The caculated results show the optimization distribution of cold laod can save much in electricitv cost comparing viith conventional operational strategv.
