As the global warming become one the serious global environment issues, various efforts to reduce greenhouse gas were performed. This research also carried out as an effort reduce greenhouse gas specifically carbon dioxide. Aqueous solutions of 20wt% MEA, 20wt% AMP(2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol) and mixture of 20wt% AMP and 5, 10, 15, 20wt% HMDA were used as an absorbent of CO_2. In order to find out the absorption rate and capacity of CO_2, the absorbents were filled in absorption equilibrium apparatus and the absorption rate and capacity were measured. All absorbents showed similar absorption rates but mixture of AMP and HMDA showed higher capacity of CO_2 absorption.
